抽象的な塊となった凹凸のあるマチエールと、特定の教会を想起させない心象的な建物が調和した作品。色彩についても紫と黄色や黄土色という反対色を使用しながら落ち着きがあり、それらの色を背景にした教会自身は、白色が発光しているかのように静かに震えており、見るものを惹きつける。

The first thing that catches the eye is a human face depicted in the shape of a maple seed. Then, to the upper right, there is an object that appears to be growing and differentiating as it falls. The background is painted ochre, and there is nothing to help it, as if the ground is about to be hit by a tsunami, but the color does not suggest this is the case. The object on the left appears to be a tree trunk, but colors and shapes beyond the imagination have emerged.The only thing that looks normal here is the flower in the foreground, which only serves to heighten the unrealistic space. There is something about this mysteriousness that seems to be at odds with the category of surrealism.
